Please note that all deposits made to secure a spot in our art programs are non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the start of a program are eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining balance, excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the program begins are not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions may be made in cases of documented medical emergency or illness, in which case a full refund (excluding the deposit) may be issued upon submission of a valid medical note.
